The bed was quite decent.

The bed was quite decent. Staff is nice. They brought us to the ferry dock.

Far from the city. No wifi. No water pressure. Sometimes simply no water. You pay a lot more than you get. Last night the room wasn't clened up. Told them 2 times. Nothing happened but complaints but no compensations of any kind. Totally avoid it if possible. For the same amount you can sleep in the center.

Staff was good.

Staff was good. All of then was kind and able to help

Super expensive for this kind of very small room with toilet. Maximum it should cost 15 usd but not 42 2. There is WiFi but it doesn't work at all 3. Water heater is working from time to time 4. For toilet paper you need to ask, by default they not provide it 5. Walls are "paper" - you hear everything what your neighbors do. 6. For 4 days staff didn't didn't changed towels. However, they changed bedsheets 7. Location is a bit remote and no accessible for the car. But if you like to walk - is fine 8. Water tap was damaged. And water pressure is terrible. 9.

Disappointment

The guy driving the motorcycle was available and friendly!

The place had changed name upon arrival, the new name was "Keira ..... inn", so it was a bit tricky to find. The water smelled really bad. The room wasn't properly cleaned. Ants in bed. Poorly equipped bathroom. The wifi is basically non-existent. Very poor sound isolation, we could hear the neighbors alarm clock set off and snooze for ages very early in the morning. The owner of the place was not engaged in his guests at all, though kind reception staff (his fiancee and her sister).

Not worth the money!

We were offered a free lift into the town when we checked out. The bathroom was spacious.

Location isn’t great.. you have to walk around 15 minutes from the town to get to it (along the beach and then a path). The room was small, pillows were as thin as A4 paper and the aircon was way too loud. We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once and we had no toilet paper replacement. The wifi is basically non existent and signal does not work in the room at all. All this would have been acceptable if the price of our stay was reasonable (which is wasn’t) hence the low score. I think the place just needs updating!!

Not worth the price.

Room was ready on time and (to a certain extent) clean.

Hotel is not accessible easily, which I don't think is mentioned anywhere: you need to walk 15 min on a tiny road that tricycles are not supposed to take but still do, which is really annoying. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are not that comfortable, the shower is not convenient (but usual I guess in the Philippines). Overall I'd say the hotel would be clearly OK if we had paid half the price, but we decided to put a bit more money to be in a comfortable hotel near the beach, which wasn't the case: it's far from the beach (caalan is not a nice beach so the closest real beach is the main one near the town proper) and it's not that comfortable.

Good Location on a small and quiet street just a few minutes walk to the city center. ac and good cleaning. Nice place to stay if you just want somewhwhere to sleep. All in all i we had a good stay

The ac made alot of noice but as i understand it most of the ac in the hotels in el nido makes that sound.. not that much of sitting areas to chill on the property.

The staff is super nice and helpful and they are always willing to give you a lift near the town for free. The air con was nice.

That is not so easy to reach the property and the wifi doesn’t work.

Would definitely stay here again

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, warm shower, clean room and bathroom. Great, helpful and really friendly staff. Mike really made my trip and stay a great experience, Thank you :-D

Michael is the best in Philippines

The attention of the 2 Mark (owner and employee) was excellent but Michael was who really cares as personal and human being. All day worried about us and attentive at all times. Taking us and bringing us from town regardless of the weather or time. The hotel has what it promises: air conditioning, hot water and private bathroom. It was the best option available by far.

Helpful staff.

Helpful staff. Alright location. Reasonably clean.

Construction works right outside the room starting at 7am. Water stopped working overnight and all morning so couldn't shower/ flush the toilet. Cold water when it did work ( would be fine but advertised as hot). No Wi-Fi in room (again not as advertised). Communal Wi-Fi and all electric cut out multiple times. Had air con but still managed to be the hottest room I've ever stayed in. Bumpy mattress.

- Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken ohne Trennwände - der Weg, es hat geregnet und ist komplett vom Schuss. Wenn man später kommt muss man durch nicht beleuchtete Wege und Meer laufen - dünne Wände so das machbar, Hähne und Hunde die ganze Nacht zu Hören sind - Sauberkeit - Bettwäsche richt

No me gustó absolutamente nada !

No me gustó absolutamente nada !! Ya sólo pisar la especie de hotel ese, nos dijeron primero un precio por la moto y cuando ya iba a pagar me lo cambiaron para darme una moto estropeada y hasta un día después no cambiarmela , el desayuno en otro hotel y cuando llevo dos días desayunando me dicen que no está incluido y que tengo que pagar cuando ya lo había pagado del wifi Olvídense por la noche lo apagan y por el día ni funciona el agua por la mañana no funcionaba en fin.. la peor experiencia que tuvimos en el nido

Lo mejor, un chico llamado Mike Del hotel, que se portó...

Lo mejor, un chico llamado Mike Del hotel, que se portó genial y nos desplazaba al centro y nos ayudó con nuestras incidencias. El personal en general es muy amable y el desayuno vale la pena realmente.

El camino de acceso al hotel no permite el acceso a todos los Tuk tuk o transportes por lo que dependíamos del chico que trabajaba en el hotel o íbamos andando unos 10 min largos. Camas pequeñas. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones pésimo, el lavabo y grifo roto y la ducha situada en medio del baño con lo que si te habías duchado ponías todo perdido si o si!

Michael, el mejor en todo Filipinas.

La atención de los 2 Mark (dueño y empleado) fue excelente pero Michael fue quién realmente se lució como personal y ser humano. Todo el día preocupado por nosotros y atento en todo momento. Llevándonos y trayéndonos del pueblo sin importar la lluvia o la hora. El hotel tiene lo que promete: aire acondicionado, agua caliente y baño privado. De las opciones disponibles era la mejor con diferencia.

Calidad-precio correcta, pero...

Los chicos que lo regentan te acercan al centro en triciclo particular sin cobrarte y son bastante atentos. El colchón es cómodo y el agua de la ducha, aunque con poca presión, es caliente.

Algo sucio/descuidado, olían las tuberías, agua maloliente y con muy poca presión, el ruido del aire acondicionado.

Buena relación calidad/precio

Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado y baño con agua caliente. Silencioso y servicio transfer a distintos puntos del pueblo.

El wifi no funciona en la habitación. EL color del agua es amarillo.
